Added new Simplified Chinese (.po, .mo, .l10n.php) translation files for WP Multi-Network Switcher. Removed old language files and templates to reflect the updated translation and structure.

Refactors the main class from WP_MultiNetwork_AdminBar to WP_MultiNetwork_Switcher, updates constant names, removes admin color scheme logic, and standardizes text domain usage. Also updates the plugin version to 1.0.3.

Added user permission checks, network info AJAX endpoint, and improved UI feedback for switching. Updated version to 1.0.2.
