Enhance admin bar network switcher and UX

Refactored and expanded the WP Multi-Network Switcher plugin to improve code style, add AJAX-based network switching, support for admin color schemes, accessibility enhancements, and dynamic inline styles/scripts. Added user permission checks, network info AJAX endpoint, and improved UI feedback for switching. Updated version to 1.0.2.
